Mayyanad Sangamam - Pakalveedu
Mayyanad Sangamam Tvm Chapter, in association with NGOs of Mayyanad viz., Elders Forum, Janshakti and Help Foundation started a Pakalveedu at Elders Forum premises on 4-4-2016.
The land for Elders Forum was donated by Dr. Shaji Prabhakaran, and the building was constructed through contributions received from well-wishers of Mayyanad.

Mayyanad Sangamam gave away the Scholarships instituted for the students of Vellamanal HSS, at a grand function arranged by the School on 1.6.2016

Sri.D.Jayachandran, Er.N.Manilal, Prof. Rajan K.Remesh and Er. P. Vijayachandran attended the പ്രവേശനോത്സവം of Vellamanal Govt. HSS, Mayyanad on June 1st. Financial aids of Rs. 1000 each by Mayyanad Sangamom were distributed to 15 economically backward students during the function. The fine gesture of our organization was appreciated by all. After the function we attended the Pakal Veedu being held regularly at Elders Forum, Mayyanad. When we reached there, Dr. Jagadeesh was conducting Yoga class. There was good gathering of around 20 people. A sumptuous meal was served to us. After lunch we participated in the joint meeting of the NGOs to discuss future activities. It was decided to form a core committee consisting of 2 members from each NGO. Sri.D.Jayachandran and Prof. Rajan K.Remesh were nominated to the committee from Mayyanad Sangamom. It was also decided to take necessary steps to give wide publicity to the activities of the confederation of NGOs.
